It starts with a survey
Before anyone quotes anything, we come out and look: what the property can see from our towers, where equipment can go, how the buildings are already wired, and how many units you need covered. That survey is what the quote is built on. It’s also where we tell you honestly if a property is a poor fit — better then than after the equipment is up.
Bulk or per unit
Bulk: the property pays for the service and folds it into rent or lot fees, so a new resident is online the day they get the keys. Per unit: residents sign up with us directly, pay their own bill in the customer portal, and your office stays out of it. Either way we handle provisioning and support, and managed Wi-Fi for common areas — clubhouse, office, laundry room — can be part of the same build.
Local people, not a call center
The technicians who install and service the property are the ones who install our residential and business customers, working out of our office on Mathis Road in Elmendorf. What does it cost the property?
There’s no per-door price list — the quote comes out of the site survey, because a complex on one roofline and a park spread over ten acres are different builds.
Do residents get their own accounts?
They can. Under per-unit billing each resident is our customer, pays us in the portal at portal.alamobb.com and calls us for support. Under a bulk agreement the property pays and every unit is simply on.
