What you get back

The answer comes from our own coverage map: which UnFiber Internet® plans your address can hold, what the install would involve, and the price where we have one. It takes a few seconds, and there is no sales call to sit through first.

To answer the check, the address you type goes to our coverage system — TowerCoverage, the mapping service our towers are modeled in. Your name and number go only when you fill them in and press send, and we don’t sell either one. Nothing becomes a work order unless you ask us to get in touch, and there is no long-term contract at any point.

Rather talk to a person? Call 210-587-7201, Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, or the 24/7 support line on 888-758-5986.

Questions

What happens after I check?

You get the answer on the page, straight away — which plans your address can hold, or that we can’t reach it yet. To work that out we send the address to TowerCoverage, the mapping service our towers are modeled in. Your name and number go only when you fill them in and press send, and we don’t sell either one.

Do I have to sign up?

No. A check is only a check. Even if you do ask us to get in touch, there is no long-term contract at any point and standard installation is free.

How accurate is it?

It reads our real wireless coverage, generated from our own tower sites rather than estimated — so it is right about the tower. It can’t see the oak tree in your yard, which is why the installer confirms the path on site before anything is mounted.
