What AlamoBBTV is

Live television and on-demand delivered over the internet connection we already installed at your house. The local channels and the networks most people actually watch, without a dish bolted to the roof or a rented box under the TV. It plays on the set in the living room and on a phone or tablet when you’re not in it.

Free streaming for every customer

Free streaming included — ask us what’s on. It rides along with your Alamo Broadband internet service, on top of anything you add here, and we’ll tell you exactly what you’re getting when you call.

What it needs

An Alamo Broadband connection at the address, and enough speed for the number of screens going at once. UnFiber® 300 is the plan we point most households to for 4K streaming; UnFiber 100 is fine for one or two sets.

One bill, one company

TV goes on the same invoice as your internet, home phone and Alamo Mobile line — one due date, one login at portal.alamobb.com, and one number to call when a channel misbehaves: 210-587-7201, or 888-758-5986 outside office hours.
