Free speed upgrade for Basic, Enhanced and Mega customers

As of today, every customer on our Basic, Enhanced or Mega plan has received a free speed upgrade. It’s already live on your connection — nothing to schedule, nothing to install, and no change to what’s on your bill.

This is the same equipment and the same network you’re on today; it’s the network itself that’s now carrying more for those three plans, and it’s applied automatically at the account level. There’s no new hardware to wait on and no technician visit required, so you don’t need to call ahead or be home for anything. If you’ve noticed pages loading faster or a stream that used to buffer suddenly not buffering, that’s this change, not a coincidence.
