Horizon Broadband ceased service in August 2026. If you were one of their customers in Wilson or Bexar County, you are almost certainly inside our coverage already, and we would like to get you back online.
What switching to Alamo Broadband looks like:
- Check your address. Start here and you get an answer from our coverage map in seconds — no sales call to sit through.
- Pick a plan. UnFiber Internet® runs from 100 Mbps up to gigabit where UnFiber 6G is live. Horizon’s published plans topped out at 50 Mbps.
- We install it. A local tech mounts and aims the receiver, sets up your Wi-Fi and shows you the customer portal.
Installation is free, including a pole up to 30 feet if your trees need beating, and there is no long-term contract to sign. Whole-home Wi-Fi is included, there are no data caps, and you have 30 days to change your mind.
