Referral credits

As a way to reward our loyal customers (and help grow our business), we offer a referral program.

Here’s how it works:

• You refer a new customer to us. They need to mention you by name or account number when they schedule installation (and we always ask new customers if they were referred).

• After a successful installation, we wait one month to make sure the customer is satisfied and staying with us.

• Each month, we process all of the previous month’s referrals on the same day, usually the 20th.

• Each valid referral earns a credit equal to the new customer’s first month of service.

• There’s no limit to referral credits.

• Referral credits have no cash value — they’re credits for service only.
