What it costs to find out
Nothing. Standard installation is free — a pole up to 30 feet is included when trees or a barn are in the way — and there is no long-term contract to sign at any point. Whole-home Wi-Fi comes with every UnFiber plan, there are no data caps, and you have 30 days to change your mind.

If it says yes, we book the install; only once it’s in and working do you need to close the other account.
Who answers when it breaks
The office on Mathis Road takes calls Mon–Fri 9am–6pm on 210-587-7201 — new service, billing, scheduling. The support line is staffed around the clock on 888-758-5986, and our techs are local — they work out of that same office and cover Bexar, Wilson, Guadalupe and Atascosa counties. There is no tier-one script and no transfer to another state.
And the rest of the bill
TV, home phone and Alamo Mobile come from us too, on one invoice with one due date and one login at the customer portal. If you’d rather keep it to internet, that’s fine — nothing here is a bundle you have to take.

Questions
Can I keep my email address?
Any address ending in your old provider’s domain belongs to them, so it goes when the account does. We don’t hand out mailboxes either — the address you want is one you own, a Gmail, Outlook or your own domain, so it never depends on who sells you internet. Set that up before you cancel and forward the old one while it still works.
Do I have to cancel before I check?
No, and please don’t. Check the address first, let us install and prove it works, then close the other account. Nothing you do here obliges you to anything — there is no long-term contract at our end either.
What if my address doesn't check out?
We tell you straight away rather than sending a truck. Leave your details and we’ll come back to you when a tower reaches your road.
